Welcome to www.miikorean.com (the "website"). This website is owned and operated by MK Skincare Ltd ("Mii Korean", "we", "us", or "our").

By placing an order or using any feature of this website (including our AI Skin Advisor tool), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Orders

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted — this is when a binding contract is formed between us.

You may correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click "Confirm Order" on the final checkout page. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@miikorean.com and we will do our best to make amendments before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT at the current UK rate (20%) where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and are not included in product prices.

We take care to ensure all prices on our website are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel. We will not dispatch goods at an incorrectly stated price without your agreement.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Payment

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Payment is taken at the time your order is placed.

All card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by your card issuer. If payment is declined, we will not be able to process your order and will notify you accordingly.

4. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery options and charges are set out at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@miikorean.com.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Our returns policy is as follows.

Change of Mind Returns

You may return products for a full refund if you change your mind, provided that:

  • You notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order
  • Items are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging
  • Items were purchased directly from www.miikorean.com
  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage and for ensuring items are packaged safely for return
  • Returns must include your order number, name, and contact email address

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used. Opened items are not eligible for a refund and cannot be returned to you.

To initiate a return, please email hello@miikorean.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 working days with return instructions.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned goods and will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note: our returns policy applies to purchases made directly through www.miikorean.com. Products purchased at our physical kiosks (Meadowhall, Sheffield; Leeds) are subject to the returns terms communicated in store.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or you believe a product is faulty, please contact us at hello@miikorean.com within 72 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs of the product and packaging along with your order details.

Please retain all products and original packaging until your claim has been reviewed. We reserve the right to assess evidence provided before offering a remedy.

A product will not be considered faulty where:

  • It has been used incorrectly or stored improperly
  • Instructions have not been followed
  • Dissatisfaction relates to personal preference (e.g. scent, texture, absorption)
  • Individual skin reactions occur where the product is used as directed and ingredients are clearly listed
  • Minor batch variations occur within normal manufacturing tolerances

Where a product is confirmed as faulty or not as described at the time of delivery, we will offer a replacement or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

7. Product Information & Disclaimer

We take care to ensure all product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images on our website are accurate and up to date. However, product formulations, packaging, and ingredient details may change. In all cases, the information printed on the product packaging should be treated as the most current and accurate.

Skincare products are cosmetic in nature. Individual results vary depending on skin type, usage, lifestyle, and environmental factors. Our product descriptions describe the intended benefits of products but do not constitute a guarantee of results.

If you have specific concerns about ingredients, allergens, or product suitability — including if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a skin condition — we strongly recommend consulting a qualified medical professional before use.

8. AI Skin Advisor Tool

Our website features an AI Skin Advisor tool, powered by Renude, which provides personalised skincare routine recommendations based on information you submit, including answers to a short skin quiz and optional selfie images.

By using the AI Skin Advisor, you agree to the following:

Age Requirement. The AI Skin Advisor is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the tool you confirm you are 18 or older.

Not Medical Advice. The AI Skin Advisor provides general skincare guidance only. Recommendations made by the tool are not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice. If you have a skin condition, allergy, medical concern, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before following any recommendations.

Accuracy of Information. Recommendations are based solely on the information and images you provide. Results may vary and are not guaranteed. We accept no liability for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information submitted during the quiz.

Data. Information submitted through the AI Skin Advisor (including skin quiz responses and selfie images) is processed by Renude in accordance with their data processing terms. Mii Korean acts as the data controller for this data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how your data is collected, stored, and used.

No Liability for Outcomes. While we take care to ensure the AI Skin Advisor recommends only products suitable to your stated skin profile, we cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions resulting from use of recommended products, particularly where ingredients have not been checked against any known allergies or medical conditions prior to use.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, product descriptions, images, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to MK Skincare Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data. Our full Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, store, and use your information and is available on our website. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

We are committed to compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MK Skincare Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website, products, or the AI Skin Advisor tool, beyond the value of the goods purchased.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication to the website. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
