Open the pouch and separate the mask into its upper and lower sections.

Apply the upper mask around the eyes and nose, then remove the protective film.

Place the lower mask around the mouth and peel away the film.

Leave on for 20–40 minutes until the hydrogel sheet becomes transparent.
